“The Visionary” is based on the same principle as “Zeitgeist 1”— juxtaposing images to form an overall idea similar to written Chinese and Japanese. It is an homage to the artist’s father and contains every pair of eyeglasses he wore in his lifetime. Rotating slowly on a small pedestal with a laurel crown perched on top, “The Visionary” depicts the complex nature of one’s worldview in a world of as many realities as there are people.
